Educational History: Minnesota State University, Mankato with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a specialty in Middle School Mathematics.
Why I choose to work at Aspen Academy: I am excited to join the team at Aspen Academy because of the sense of community, small size, and the curriculum it offers its students and families.
Hobbies/interests: I like playing sports, especially volleyball and softball. I also enjoy anything outdoors during the summer. I love spending time at the lake swimming, tubing, kneeboarding, wake boarding and jet skiing. I like walking and running outside and would like to compete in a triathlon someday. I also enjoy shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Favorite author/historical figure: I am currently reading James Patterson's novels. I like the Alex Cross and Women's Murder Club series. I like his books because he grabs the readers attention right away in the beginning of the book and makes you want to keep reading to find out what happens next.
