SCRIP
Do you ever wish school fundraisers never involved overpriced stuff you don't need? Wouldn't it be nice if you could raise funds with stuff you purchase anyway at a price you normally would pay? Well, guess what... This is what SCRIP is all about. You purchase gift cards to places you already shop through the SCRIP site. You get 100% the value of your gift card. The retailers (there are 100's of retailers to choose from) give a portion of the sale back to Aspen. Here is an example: if you expect to spend $60.00 at Lands End (or any other participating vendor in the SCRIP program), please plan ahead and order a $60.00 gift card. Why? Because Aspen will receive anywhere from 1% - 25% of the gift card amount from the vendor, just because you purchased the card!
There are over 300 retailers to choose from including: Wal-Mart/Sam's Cub, Holiday Station Stores, Cub Foods, AMC Theatres, Home Depot, Kohl's, Starbucks, Amazon.com, Land's End, JC Penney, Michaels, Walgreens, etc. A complete list can be found at: www.glscrip.com, and clicking on the Retailer's List Alphabetically By Category document located right above the Member's LogIn.
Purchases are made online by Monday and gift cards are delivered in the carpool line on Friday.

SIGNING UP FOR SCRIP:
- Go to www.shopwithscrip.com
- On the left column go to Family sign up/create an account
- Family registration steps 1-5
- Enter “Enrollment Code” B4D5CFED22623. This enrollment code links your family account to Aspen’s account
Once you have registered your Family this is your permanent account. When placing your orders in the future all you have to do is go to your account and enter the user name and password to place your order. Once your order is placed, either pay through “PRESTO-PAY” or by check made out to Aspen Academy to be placed in payment box in Aspen lobby.
If paying by “PRESTO-Pay” you will have to create your Presto-Pay account eliminating your need to drop off a check when you order. To fully understand the powerful features of Presto Pay, simply log on to ShopWithScrip.com and click on the Presto Pay link in the left side navigation bar of your account dashboard. There you’ll find additional information in three short video tutorials. Presto-Pay orders have a one-time two day verification process, so plan accordingly.
Your SCRIP cards will be available for pick up during the morning drop off. There will be vehicle parked to the left as you enter the parking lot which will have a SCRIP sign to help with identification. Simply pull up beside the vehicle, sign a form verifying that you have received your cards, and you can be on your way. General times will be from 8:15-8:35 a.m. If you carpool and don't drive in the morning, you can opt to have someone else get your cards for you or pick them up from another SCRIP coordinator during the afternoon pick up (who will be in the same spot with a SCRIP sign for identification).
Ordering dates are Mondays by 10:30 a.m. unless noted in the table below a different date. Pick up dates are Fridays (see pick up procedures above) unless noted in the table below a different date. The order and delivery dates for SCRIP are as follows:
